If you are looking for a standard flat canicross course … this is not it!
Two new routes on this event. The longer one is around 12K with 500m of ascent. The shorter option is 9K with 390m of ascent. Both routes are mainly on wide forest trails with little or no technical ground, so organisers are happy to welcome runners with two dogs to this event. The two routes are identical until you are almost at the end of the 9k event, where the 12k route takes over and has a little sting in the tail.
