Race 5 of The Krunce Series is organised by the Cosmic Hillbashers and Garioch Road Runners as part of a six-race summer hill running series. The event offers an affordable and welcoming challenge for runners looking to experience a classic short hill race around Craibstone.
The approximately 5.7K course features around 150m of ascent, combining woodland paths, forest trails and steep climbs to create a fast and demanding route. The course follows the same layout used in recent years and provides a varied off-road challenge suitable for both experienced hill runners and those new to the discipline.
The race is run under Scottish hill running guidelines with marshals supporting runners on the course. As part of the wider Krunce Series, participants can compete in individual races or enjoy the friendly competition across the full summer programme.
