The Kirkcaldy Parks Relay is a two person Half Marathon Relay introduced for the 2026 Kirkcaldy Parks Running Festival. Held on Sunday, the event follows Fife's only Half Marathon route through the historic 'Lang Toun', giving teams the opportunity to share the challenge on one of the region's best known road running courses.
Starting and finishing in Beveridge Park, the route passes Dunnikier Park, Ravenscraig Park, the scenic Fife Coastal Path, historic Dysart and the newly refurbished Kirkcaldy waterfront. The undulating course includes around 236 metres of elevation, combining steady climbs, fast sections and coastal scenery before returning to the finish in Beveridge Park.
The Kirkcaldy Parks Relay combines teamwork with a varied road course that showcases many of Kirkcaldy's best known landmarks. With parkland, coastal views and a rewarding Half Marathon route shared between two runners, it offers a distinctive relay experience within the Kirkcaldy Parks Running Festival.
