Kingston Break-fest Run follows the iconic Breakfast Run format, offering 8-mile, 16-mile and 20-mile distances on flat and fast routes through Kingston upon Thames.
Starting and finishing in Kingston's historic Market Place, the traditional 8-mile route forms the basis of the event. The 8-mile runners complete a single lap, the 16-mile race completes a second circuit, while the 20-mile option follows two laps plus an additional four miles in North Kingston. The picturesque routes pass Hampton Court Palace and include sections beside the River Thames.
Organised by River Thames Running, the event is ideally timed for runners preparing for a spring marathon. The races are chip timed, with pacers, professional first aid, marshals and on-course support, while finishers receive a bespoke medal and technical T-shirt.
