A 5 mile race around the Iconic JCB World HQ in Rocester over two laps of an undulating course.

The terrain is road and surfaced paths and some, but not all, will be closed to traffic. The event will be chip timed and marshals will be on all junctions. First aid and water stations will be provided along with bottled water at the finish.
There is also a 2 mile Fun Run.
