The Needles XC Half Marathon is a trail half marathon on the western side of the Isle of Wight. The 13.1 mile route passes through National Trust land, crossing downs and heathland while taking in views of The Needles and other historic landmarks.
The course follows a varied off road route that includes coastal paths, countryside trails and open hillside terrain. Known for its challenging profile, the race combines rugged landscapes with some of the island's most distinctive scenery, finishing back in Freshwater after a demanding trail running experience.
