Sundowner 5K Series Race 2 takes place at Fettes, with a fully marked 5K course following the park's inner trail paths. Held on a summer evening, the route offers a fast and enjoyable off road challenge in one of Edinburgh's popular green spaces.
Organised by Blast Running, Race 2 is the middle event of the three race Sundowner 5K Series, following Leith Links and preceding the finale at Inverleith Park. The race is chip timed, fully marshalled and open to runners of all abilities, with every finisher receiving a medal and age category prizes awarded.
Sundowner 5K Series Race 2 gives runners the chance to enjoy a well organised midweek trail race, whether chasing a personal best, building race fitness or competing as part of the full summer series.
