The organisers are certainly all pumped up for this event! Their description reads: "The Inflatable 5k Obstacle Course is coming to Brighton and it's going to be Epic! The obstacles are BIGGER, BOUNCIER, and BETTER than ever before! You'll be jumping, sliding, and laughing all the way to the finish line. Grab your friends, family, or tackle it on your own. Lace up your trainers and get ready for the ultimate day out!"

With 15 amazing obstacles per 2.5K lap, you choose your distance and level of challenge from 2.5K to 15K (six laps/90 obstacles). With three brand new obstacles and music zones to keep you motivated around the course, this year's Inflatable 5K is the best yet!

Every participant will receive a handsome finisher's medal, a clearly marked route, an on-course hydration station, medical assistance, finish line goodies, event photography, pumping music and a free spectator zone.

RSPCA Brighton is the Brighton Charity of the Year 2026. The animal charity is busy rescuing, rehoming, and rehabilitating unwanted, abandoned, and neglected dogs, cats, rabbits, small furries, birds, and reptiles across Sussex.
