There wll be an 11:00am silence within the race itself and it would be great to have the entire field respecting this and taking a slight breather to remember those military personnel who have given their lives over the years in service to their country. The Last Post and Reveille will be played live before the event starts with two minutes silence between.
The undulating, traffic-free, looped trail course, will give you the opportunity to run a trail marathon or as many or few laps as you wish, within the time limit of 6 hours. The loops will be 10.54km/6.55m in distance and so you will need to complete two laps for a half marathon, four laps to cover full marathon distance, and then if you choose to continue, the clock will be your only limiting factor!
