Race 2 of the 4 race Holme Pierrepont Grand Prix Series takes place at Colwick Country Park and is organised by Holme Pierrepont Running Club. The popular midweek summer series features four races over two weeks, with individual and series prizes, attracting runners of all abilities from across the East Midlands.

The officially measured 5 mile course follows a largely flat, recently resurfaced tarmac route through Colwick Country Park, offering excellent potential for fast times. Whether competing for Grand Prix points or entering as a standalone race, runners can expect a welcoming atmosphere, professional organisation and enthusiastic marshal support.

With chip timing, free race photography, spot prizes and a friendly social atmosphere throughout the series, Race 2 continues the Holme Pierrepont Grand Prix tradition of providing enjoyable and accessible summer evening racing in Nottingham.
