The Hayling 10 is a 10 mile road race around the southern end of Hayling Island in Hampshire. The route starts near Hayling Island Community Centre and heads through West Town before taking runners towards the coast and around the island.
Runners follow a fast and flat course through West Lane, along a well made section of the former Hayling Billy railway line and back onto the roads towards the seafront. The route continues through Eaststoke before returning to the finish, providing a course well suited to runners targeting a strong 10 mile time.
Organised by Havant Athletic Club, the Hayling 10 is an established fixture in the Hampshire road running calendar and forms part of the Hampshire 10 mile county championship. Its island setting and coastal sections give the race a distinctive character while retaining the appeal of a fast road event.
