Organised by Liss Runners, the Harting Multi-terrain 10 takes place from South Harting in West Sussex. The volunteer-run event offers a 10 Mile multi terrain race through the South Downs National Park, with proceeds supporting local hospice at home charity The Rosemary Foundation.
The challenging course uses private lanes, gravel tracks, bridleways and footpaths, climbing onto the Downs before heading towards Compton, Chalton, Ditcham Park School and sections of the South Downs Way. The route provides a mix of terrain, hills and wide countryside views.
The event includes chip timing, water stations, medical support, finishers medals, prizes and free parking at race headquarters. With homemade cakes, a friendly atmosphere and a scenic South Downs setting, Harting Multi-terrain 10 offers a distinctive summer trail running experience.
