The Halloween Run is a six hour mixed terrain running challenge based at Northampton Active. The flexible format allows participants to choose how far they want to run, from shorter distances through to marathon and ultra distance challenges.
Runners follow a flat course on public footpaths, using repeated laps with a 5K turnaround point and a longer 4.37 mile lap. Participants can target 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon or Ultra distances, while those taking on the full six hour challenge can continue completing laps and start a final lap at any point before the six hour limit.
The Halloween Run is a flexible Northampton running event suited to a wide range of distance goals. An aid table with food and drinks is available at the end of each lap, and finishers receive a Halloween themed medal and five piece goody bag.
