The Great Links Tor Flyer starts and finishes at the Fox and Hounds Hotel near Bridestowe, following a 7.5K fell race across Dartmoor with approximately 380 metres of ascent. The route visits Great Nodden Tor, Great Links Tor, Arms Tor and Brat Tor, combining open moorland, rocky terrain and exhilarating descents with panoramic views across the national park.
Organised by South West Fell Runners under a Fell Runners Association licence, the event forms part of the Dartmoor Fell Series. The senior course is partially marked, while the junior races are fully marked and marshalled, with facilities available at the race headquarters before and after the event.
The Great Links Tor Flyer offers runners a classic Dartmoor fell running challenge, bringing together technical terrain, demanding climbs and fast descents on one of the area's best known evening races.
