Race 6 of the 6 race Friday 5 Series is organised by Great Bentley Running Club and brings the popular summer series to its conclusion. The long established series features six Friday evening races across East Anglia, with individual race prizes and overall series awards based on a points competition.

The accurately measured 5 mile course starts and finishes at Great Bentley Village Hall, following a predominantly flat and fast route on quiet country roads. Suitable for both competitive club runners and recreational participants, the race combines excellent organisation with a welcoming atmosphere and strong local support.

Junior 1K and 2K races take place before the main event, making it an enjoyable evening for runners of all ages. With chip timing, a marshalled course, finisher's mementos and a family friendly atmosphere, the Great Bentley Friday 5 provides a fitting finale to one of the region's best known summer road race series.
