Back for its 5th year, this event has become a regular on the calendar–head to the beautiful seaside town of Lytham for a great day of running

The course is on a flat tarmac path along the Ribble estuary–5.24 mile out & back / loop.
Complete as many or as few laps as you wish within the 6 hour time limit–you don't have to run for the full 6 hours, it is a limit not a target.
