Built for speed on a perfectly flat 1K loop, this event is designed to help you chase your fastest 5K yet, with dedicated pacers in every race to keep you locked on pace. Whether you’re targeting a sub-30 or sub-20 performance, there’s a race for runners of all abilities, plus exciting Sub-20 heats, a 4 × 1K mixed relay and a 3K Super Final where the quickest competitors go head-to-head.
