Organised by Bramhall Runners, the Bramhall Runners 5.5K Foodbank Series returns for 2026 with three summer evening races through the scenic Happy Valley area of Bramhall. Race 3 takes place in August and offers runners a challenging but enjoyable multi-terrain course.
The 5.5K route combines park paths and trails, providing a mixture of surfaces with a friendly competitive atmosphere. The event is open to runners aged 13 and above, with a maximum entry limit of 250 runners per race.
All proceeds from the series go to Stockport Foodbank, with runners encouraged to bring a food donation on race day. The event features prizes, UK Athletics affiliation discounts and a relaxed club racing atmosphere.
