The Fit Body Farm 3K is an obstacle course race at Wheatrig Farm near Kilmaurs in Ayrshire. The 3K course features approximately 25 obstacles across a mixture of fields, short hills, burns and trails, with participants crawling, jumping, climbing and swinging their way around the varied course.
Runners can choose between competitive 3K divisions and an open fun wave, making the event suitable for both competitive obstacle racers and recreational participants. Competitive categories are available for adults and younger athletes, while the open wave welcomes participants from age five, with younger children accompanied by an adult.
A separate 400m obstacle race features 12 obstacles on a fast course and is available to participants aged ten and above. The 3K competitive races form part of the OCR UK Series and Scottish OCR Series, while the 400m event contributes to the OCR Sprint UK Speed Series.
