The Fab Four is organised by Knowsley Harriers and consists of four 4M races held between April and July at Halewood Environment Centre in Liverpool. Each race is part of the four race summer series, with runners competing for overall series standings across their best three performances.
The accurately measured road course follows a fast route on tarmac around Halewood Environment Centre, offering consistent conditions and the opportunity for quick times. A Junior Mile is also held before each evening race.
The races are licensed and chip timed, with experienced organisation throughout the series. Mementos are awarded to runners who complete three of the four races, while overall male and female series winners receive cash prizes, creating a competitive but welcoming atmosphere.
