The 2000 Perch returns to the Surrey running calendar with a revitalised 10K across the iconic landscape of Epsom Downs. Organised by Epsom Oddballs Running Club, the race celebrates the heritage of the original Perch events while introducing a scenic single lap course that welcomes runners of all abilities.
Starting and finishing within Epsom Downs Racecourse near Tattenham Corner, the route covers approximately 70% off road terrain and 30% road and hard trail. Runners can expect wide open views across the Downs, rolling bridleways, woodland paths and around 180 metres of elevation, creating a rewarding challenge from start to finish.
Every entry includes professional chip timing, a finisher medal, marshalled course, water station, bag drop and race facilities. With generous prize money, excellent organisation and a memorable course through one of Surrey's most famous landscapes, the 2000 Perch offers a superb summer evening running experience.
