The Ellesmere 10K is a closed road race based in the Shropshire market town of Ellesmere. Organised by Adrenaline Sporting Events, the race welcomes runners of all abilities to a scenic 10K route that combines town centre streets with quiet country lanes.
Starting and finishing on Scotland Street in the centre of Ellesmere, the single lap course heads through the surrounding countryside, including the picturesque grounds of Ellesmere College, before returning to the town. The route offers a mixture of fast sections and gentle undulations, making it suitable for runners aiming for a personal best as well as those taking on the distance for the first time.
The event is fully marshalled with closed roads, water stations and a 90 minute cut off, with all finishers receiving a bespoke medal and post race goodies.
