Elder Park 5K & 10K is organised by Up and Running Events and takes place in the historic parkland of Govan in Glasgow.
Both races use a flat and fast 2.5K loop around Elder Park, with the 5K completing two laps and the 10K four. The course follows park paths and provides a compact, spectator-friendly setting suitable for runners chasing a personal best as well as those taking on their first event.
Both distances start together and are professionally chip timed. The route is marked and marshalled, with kilometre markers, hydration and first aid support. Finishers receive a bespoke medal and post-race goodies, with professional race photography also included.
