The Eden Project Marathon and Half Marathon take runners into the spectacular countryside surrounding one of Cornwall's most distinctive landmarks. Organised in partnership with St Austell Running Club, the event features two hilly mixed terrain routes through the landscapes of Clay Country before returning to the Eden Project.
Both the Marathon and Half Marathon provide a challenging day of running, with varied terrain, sustained climbs and plenty of rewarding countryside scenery along the way. Regular water stations support runners around the courses, while the combination of distance, elevation and rural surroundings makes this a memorable autumn challenge.
At the finish, every runner receives a themed medal along with a Cornish pasty and beer. Runners and their accompanying family and supporters also receive entry to the Eden Project on race day, giving the event a distinctive finish line setting and plenty to enjoy after the run.
