The East Coast 10K takes place on Great Yarmouth seafront, with Race HQ at the Marina Centre and the start and finish nearby at Anchor Gardens. Organised by Great Yarmouth Road Runners, the event brings runners together for a friendly autumn race on the Norfolk coast.
The completely flat 10K course follows Great Yarmouth Promenade on a traffic free route, with runners sharing parts of the seafront with pedestrians and cyclists. With no significant climbing and a fast coastal setting, the course provides excellent PB potential for runners looking to target a quick 10K time.
The race is chip timed, with awards for leading runners, age categories and teams. Entrants can choose a medal or no medal option, while the central seafront location provides nearby parking and facilities. With its flat course, supportive marshals and lively race atmosphere, the East Coast 10K is a popular choice for both experienced runners and those taking on the distance.
