The one mile race provides a short evening challenge for runners looking to test themselves over a distance that rarely features on the road racing calendar. The course uses the park and Stockdove Way, with the event based close to Perivale Athletics Track.
Ealing Eagles is one of West London's largest running clubs, with more than 700 members ranging from newer runners to experienced competitive athletes. The club organises several established local events and is closely involved with the Ealing Half Marathon.
Perivale Underground station is close to the venue, while bus connections are available from Ealing Broadway and West Ealing. Runners are encouraged to travel by public transport where possible.
