Dundee Santa Dash is a 4K road event starting and finishing in Dundee city centre as part of the city's Christmas switch on celebrations. The event brings runners together for a festive run through the heart of Dundee, with families and children also welcome to take part in the seasonal event.
Runners complete two laps of a 2K city centre course for the full 4K distance, passing through central Dundee before returning to the finish. The compact two lap format provides a different setting from a traditional road race, with participants running through the city as Dundee prepares for its Christmas celebrations.
All finishers receive a medal and goodie bag after completing the course, providing a memento of the day's run. The event is also open to walkers and dogs, creating an inclusive format while keeping the 4K run at the centre of the Dundee Santa Dash.
