Dash in the Dark Isle of Wight is a 5K glow in the dark fun run held at Robin Hill near Newport. Organised in support of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance, the event brings participants together for an evening challenge illuminated by glow themed clothing and accessories.
Participants can run, jog or walk the 5K route, making the event accessible to a wide range of abilities rather than focusing on competitive racing. Adults and children aged five and above can take part, with the course taking participants around the grounds of Robin Hill after dark.
Every participant receives a Dash in the Dark T-shirt and runner number, with a glow in the dark medal waiting at the finish. Fundraising from the event supports Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance and its emergency missions across the region.
