Race 5 of the Darlington Trail 5K Series is part of a popular summer series of community running events in Darlington, welcoming runners, joggers and walkers of all ages and abilities. The series has become a well established fixture in the local running calendar, combining friendly competition with an inclusive atmosphere.

Starting from Glebe Road, the predominantly flat 5K course includes a couple of short climbs that add an enjoyable challenge while still providing excellent potential for fast times. Whether aiming for a personal best or simply enjoying an evening run, participants can expect a welcoming and supportive event.

With prizes for the leading male and female finishers, spot prizes and points towards the Darlington Trail 5K Series standings, Race 5 continues the series tradition of affordable, accessible and enjoyable midweek racing. Runners completing five or more races in the series also qualify for a commemorative series technical T-shirt.
