The PTRC Coldwell 10 Mile Loop is a scenic trail race starting and finishing at the Trawden Arms in Trawden. The route heads from the village towards Coldwell, exploring the countryside around Boulsworth Hill before returning to the finish.
Runners tackle 10 miles of varied and challenging terrain across rolling fields and hills, passing through the picturesque village of Wycoller and following sections of the Pendle Way. The changing terrain and countryside setting provide a rewarding trail challenge for runners looking to explore this part of Lancashire.
The event is well marshalled throughout and is held in accordance with UK Athletics rules. After completing the loop, runners return to the Trawden Arms where refreshments are available and entrants can collect a race memento.
