The Cluny Castle 5K, 10K & Half Marathon is organised by Up and Running Events and takes place within the private grounds of Cluny Castle in Aberdeenshire. Offering three race distances, the event provides a rare opportunity to run through one of Scotland's most impressive historic estates, which is normally closed to the public.
The routes explore the castle estate on a mixture of woodland tracks, tree lined avenues and parkland paths, passing through scenic grounds with views of the 16th century castle and its surrounding landscape. The varied terrain creates an enjoyable challenge for runners of all abilities, whether taking on a first event, a new distance or aiming for a personal best.
The event features chip timing, fully marked courses, free race photography and bespoke finisher's medals, supported by friendly marshals throughout.
