Achieve Race Greatness At The Chester Triple

One running goal, three race distances, four times the motivation!

Set yourself the ultimate running challenge in 2023! The Chester Triple Medal Series is the essential choice for runners of any ability, looking to set attainable goals, achieve greatness and receive an extra-large, extra-gold medal.

Complete all three of Active Leisure Events' races based in the stunning city of Chester, in 2023, to bring home the illustrious Chester Triple Medal. The Triple Series is an ideal, enjoyable target for runners looking to progress through the three main distances in one season or set the ultimate fundraising challenge.

First up is the MBNA Chester 10K on 12 March, followed by the ESSAR Chester Half Marathon on 21 May and finishing the trio of events is the MBNA Chester Marathon or Metric Marathon which this year is scheduled for 8 October.

The staggered race dates provide runners with the perfect training schedule allowing them to increase through the race distances over the course of the year. Those taking part in the Triple Series will receive all the individual race medals, goody bags and finisher race tops but in addition to this, they will also be the proud recipients of a very big, very shiny, gold Chester Triple medal. Organisers are calling it a 'bling of beauty!'

All three of Active Leisure Events' race courses are perfect for first timers and seasoned pros and in 2023, the England Age Group Masters Championships will be hosted at all the events which will only add to an already unforgettable atmosphere.

These events are award-winning, and we've heard that the goody bags are renowned for being among the best in the UK! So, are you interested? There are two ways to give yourself even more motivation. Grab a friend (or friends) to run with you to give you that extra boost and commitment to succeed or choose to run for a charity, raising funds whilst taking on a personal challenge is a brilliant motivator.
