Chase The Moon at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is a Halloween themed evening 5K and 10K through one of London's most recognisable sporting locations. Both distances follow a tarmac course around the park, with runners completing two laps for the 5K and four for the 10K.
The flat and fast course has minimal elevation and each kilometre is clearly marked with distance flags, making it well suited to runners targeting a quick time as well as those taking part for the Halloween atmosphere. Both distances are chip timed, with marshals positioned around the course to guide and encourage runners.
Every finisher receives a unique themed medal, with free race photography, water and post race goodies also included. The 7pm start brings the event into the evening, adding a different atmosphere to the familiar Olympic Park setting.
