Chase the Moon Battersea Park 5K & 10K March is organised by RunThrough and forms part of its established evening running series in London.
Starting and finishing beside Battersea Park Bandstand, both races follow a flat circuit on wide tarmac paths through one of the capital's best known parks. The 5K completes two laps and the 10K four laps, with the traffic free course providing excellent conditions for runners chasing a personal best. The repeated loops also allow spectators to follow the action from the central event village.
Both races are chip timed, with kilometre markers, marshals and water available on each lap. Finishers receive a themed medal, refreshments and free professional race photography. The evening format provides an opportunity for runners of different abilities to compete over accurately measured distances in a central London parkland setting.
