Organised by Centurion Running, the North Downs Way 100 is a continuous 100 mile trail race following the North Downs Way National Trail from Farnham to Ashford. The route passes through the Surrey Hills and Kent Downs, covering approximately 103 miles (167K) with around 3,350m of ascent.
The course features a mixture of woodland trails, chalk paths, ridgelines and short road sections, passing landmarks including Guildford, Box Hill, Reigate Hill, Knockholt, Wrotham and the Kent Downs before finishing on the track at Julie Rose Stadium in Ashford. The event is fully marked, supported by 12 aid stations and has a 30-hour cut-off.
Recognised as a Western States qualifier, the North Downs Way 100 attracts elite ultrarunners alongside experienced trail runners seeking one of Britain's classic 100 mile challenges. The race is run under a Trail Running Association permit with comprehensive medical, marshal and checkpoint support throughout.
