Centurion Grand Prix Series 5M November

View all races for Nov 2026

The Centurion RC Winter Grand Prix is a series of five 5 mile races held at Babbs Mill Nature Reserve in Birmingham. Beginning in November and continuing through the winter, the series gives runners a regular opportunity to race the same fast and scenic course while building towards the overall Grand Prix standings.

The 5 mile route follows footpaths through the flat, traffic free parkland of Babbs Mill Nature Reserve, with the start and finish a short walk from race headquarters at The Pavilions Club in Kingshurst. Each race can be entered individually, while runners looking for a longer challenge can take part throughout the complete series.

The flat course makes the Grand Prix well suited to runners targeting a strong 5 mile performance or tracking their progress across the winter. Monthly prizes recognise leading male and female runners alongside rotating age categories, while overall Grand Prix trophies are determined from each runner's best four results. A series memento also rewards those taking part or volunteering at four or more events.
