The Autumn 100 is a 100 mile trail ultramarathon based in Goring-on-Thames, using two of England's best known National Trails. The distinctive cross shaped course consists of four separate 25 mile out and back sections along the Thames Path and Ridgeway, with runners returning to Goring between each leg.
Runners first follow the Thames Path towards Little Wittenham before tackling a Ridgeway section to Swyncombe Farm. The third section heads west along the Ridgeway towards Chain Hill, while the final leg returns to the Thames Path for the journey towards Reading and back. Around 80% of the course is trail, with approximately 5,000ft of elevation across the 100 miles and a 28 hour overall cut off.
Centurion Running supports runners with 16 well stocked aid stations, medical cover and additional course markings alongside the existing National Trail waymarkers. Finishers receive a Centurion 100 mile belt buckle, with a special buckle awarded to those completing the course in under 24 hours.
