Cardiff MoRun brings the nationwide MoRunning series to Bute Park, with Half Marathon, 10K and 5K races alongside a 1.5K Mini MoRun for younger runners. The event supports Movember and men's health, with fancy dress and moustaches encouraged as part of the race day atmosphere.
The flat course is mainly on tarmac paths through Bute Park, making it accessible for a wide range of runners. The 5K completes one lap, the 10K two laps, while the Half Marathon begins with a 1.1K loop before completing four full laps. All distances are chip timed, with both gun and net times recorded.
Every finisher receives a MoRun medal and headband, with drinks and treats available at the finish. Prizes are also awarded for the fastest runners, fancy dress and other categories, creating a lively Cardiff running event for those chasing a time or simply taking part in support of men's health.
