Burnham On Crouch 10K

The Burnham-on-Crouch 10K is a scenic mixed terrain race exploring the town and surrounding Dengie peninsula in Essex. Starting and finishing at the Dengie Hundred Sports Centre, the single-lap course moves between town streets, coastal paths and open countryside.

Runners follow sections of the sea wall before heading across countryside trails, with the route eventually returning through Burnham-on-Crouch towards the finish. The course is flat throughout, making the race accessible to newer runners while also providing an opportunity for experienced competitors to target a strong 10K performance.

The varied surroundings are a defining feature of the Burnham-on-Crouch 10K, taking runners from the town to the coast and countryside within one course. The sports centre provides the event base, with parking, changing facilities and toilets available for participants and space for friends and family to support runners.
