The course will be on the paths around the reserve passing several of the lakes, the River Ribble and beautiful woodlands.
The 10K will be a single lap of the course and short out and back. The Half Marathon will be three laps and the marathon six laps. The Ultra will be as many laps as you wish within the 6 hour limit.
Sweet and savoury snacks, water, cordial and coke supplied.
