The Brecons Fell Running, Trail and Yoga Camp is a three day running weekend based at Dinas Castle in the Black Mountains. The programme combines guided fell and trail runs with yoga sessions and practical guidance for runners looking to develop their confidence and experience on mountain terrain.
Three guided runs explore routes around Waun Fach, the Dragon's Back, Hay Bluff, the Olchon Valley and sections of the Beacons Way. Distances range from around 6 to 12 miles, with plenty of climbing and descending across varied off road terrain. The camp is suitable for experienced trail and fell runners as well as runners looking to develop their mountain running skills.
Fell and trail runners can experience some of the Black Mountains' best known routes across a full weekend of off road running in Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. Mountain climbs, technical descents and varied trails provide useful preparation for fell races, trail marathons, ultras and other longer distance off road challenges.
