Bollington 3 Peaks Fell Race Postponed

The Bollington 3 Peaks Fell Race is a longstanding fell running challenge through the hills surrounding Bollington in Cheshire. Organised jointly by Bollington Harriers and Bollington Brewing, the event is known for its demanding local course and distinctive connection with the town and its brewing heritage.

Runners tackle approximately 5.7 miles of challenging fell terrain with around 1,200ft of ascent, traversing Kerridge Hill, White Nancy and Nab Hill. The combination of steep climbing, varied underfoot conditions and prominent local landmarks creates a compact but demanding course for fell runners, with extensive views across the surrounding countryside from its higher sections.

The race has traditionally combined competitive fell running with a sociable post race gathering in Bollington. Its association with Bollington Brewing is a distinctive part of the event, including a specially brewed 3 Peaks beer, while proceeds have supported local organisations and mountain rescue.
