The Beverley Half Marathon is a closed road race organised by RunThrough UK, starting and finishing at Saturday Market in the historic East Yorkshire town of Beverley.
The course takes runners through the town centre and past Beverley Minster before crossing the open green landscape of Beverley Westwood and heading onto quieter country roads. The route then returns towards central Beverley for a town centre finish at Saturday Market. Its combination of historic streets, open countryside and traffic free racing gives the Half Marathon a varied character while providing long, runnable sections suited to maintaining a consistent pace.
The race is chip timed, with mile markers, signage and marshals positioned around the course. Free official race photographs are provided and finishers receive a themed medal and post race goodies. An event village with food and drink options adds to the atmosphere around the start and finish.
