As well as giving you the opportunity to go for a PB on a fast flat 20 mile course, this event may be useful to many who are planning on competing in a spring marathon - it will give you a good indication of how well your training is going and what time you are likely to achieve on the big day. The 20km option gives runners the opportunity to try a new race length or use it for Half Marathon or Marathon training.
