The Barmouth 10K is a road race in Barmouth, Gwynedd, starting and finishing at Barmouth Harbour. The route follows an out and back course that takes runners across the iconic Barmouth Bridge before joining the Mawddach Trail, one of North Wales' most scenic traffic free routes.
Known for its flat profile, the course is popular with runners targeting a PB while also offering views across the Mawddach Estuary and the surrounding mountains of Eryri. After reaching the turnaround point on the trail, runners return along the same route to finish back at the harbour.
Combining a fast course with the distinctive crossing of Barmouth Bridge and the scenery of the Mawddach Trail, the event has become one of North Wales' best known 10K races.
