Starting in Avenham Park, by the side of the River Ribble, the course will pass through Miller Park before heading over the river into Upper Farm nature reserve & leisure park. Runners will then head back over the river and finish back in Avenham Park.
The course will be on hard surface paths. The 10K will be 1 loop + a short out and back. Half Marathon will be three loops and full marathon six loops of the course. The Ultra will be as many laps as you wish within the 6 hour time limit.
