Autumn Feisty Phoenix Day 2 is a flexible distance running event along the Itchen Way in Winchester. Starting from Garnier Road, the professionally measured road course follows a 2.62 mile out and back route crossing Hockley Viaduct through the Hampshire countryside.
Runners choose their own distance by completing as many laps as they wish, with five laps making a Half Marathon, ten a Marathon and eleven or more an Ultra. The smooth, mainly flat course provides a fast and accessible route for runners targeting anything from a single lap to a longer endurance challenge, with up to seven hours available to build their chosen distance.
Phoenix Running provides a well stocked aid station with sweet and savoury food, including vegan options, throughout the event. Every finisher receives a bespoke medal, while flexible start times and the lap based format welcome runners across a wide range of abilities and distance goals.
