Attack of the Zombie Cows is a Halloween themed 8 hour running and walking challenge at Samphire Hoe near Dover. Starting at 08:30, participants can complete as many or as few 3.28 mile laps as they wish before the hard 8 hour cut off, with only fully completed laps counting towards their total.
The course is around 99% concrete and stony paths, with a couple of short wooden bridges and a backup route available if weather conditions require it. Each lap returns runners to the well stocked base camp, where water, squash, snacks and refreshments are available throughout the challenge.
