The Adnams Southwold 10K is a popular annual running event set in the coastal town of Southwold, Suffolk. Organised by Adnams, the race attracts runners from across the region and raises funds for the Adnams Community Trust, supporting local charities and community projects.
The 10K course follows approximately two and a half laps around Southwold Harbour and the town common, starting at the Harbour Inn. Runners encounter a mixture of tarmac roads and gravel surfaces, with uneven shingle along the harbour and an uphill section towards the finish at South Green. The route provides coastal scenery and enthusiastic local support throughout.
All finishers receive a medal and an Adnams race bag, with prizes awarded to leading individuals and selected teams. The event uses chip timing, with race numbers and timing chips posted to participants in advance. Entry is limited and advance registration is required.
