Zig Zag Marathon & Half Marathon

This event has a seven-hour cut-off with a mass start at 9 am and uses the Kirtling route. The marathon course is officially measured, fully on road, mildly undulating, and scenic, while the half marathon follows a single loop of the Windmill route.
Aid stations with drinks and light refreshments are available approximately every 10K, and parking is included in your entry. The race headquarters and base camp are located at the start and lap point, where water and support will be provided.
The route follows quiet roads, but runners should remain aware of traffic and are advised to wear something bright. This event is ideal for those aiming for a marathon good for age place.
All finishers will receive a bespoke medal, with a lucky dip option available where applicable. This is a cupless event, so please bring your own bottles or cups, and only bone conductor headphones are permitted.
